Walk & Talk

An RJD summer health initiative for getting your steps-in while walking & talking with other community members!

We've all heard our family use the term "давай прогуляемся" AKA lets go for a walk (and talk). Anyone can join us at anytime along our walk and the goal is to get a light-exercise at a leisurely pace without even noticing. Last year participants walked roughly four miles in a span of two hours and practiced their Russian!

Water, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Pets are welcome but please pick-up after your own pet and make sure to have a leash! We advise all participants to meet us at the beginning of the walk to stretch their legs. Breaks will be taken regularly throughout the event. Have questions? Reach out to Alex Kislov directly!

JUF’s COVID policies require that all individuals age 5 and over participating in in-person events/programs have completed their initial series of COVID 19 vaccinations.

Russian-speaking Jewish Division, JUF programs are funded, in part, by Genesis Philanthropy Group.
