RJD Virtual Mitzvah Makers: Letters of Love

Mitzvah Makers invites families with young children to gather and actively participate in making a difference in the world! We will be partnering with organizations throughout the Chicagoland area several times a year to take part in tikkun olam.

Become a pen pal with a Russian-speaking Holocaust survivor or Russian-Jewish WWII veteran. Send a letter or drawing with a nice and positive message. This project is open to children of all ages.

-Please write your letters in Russian or basic English with fairly large font
-You may leave your name and phone number to allow the survivor or veteran to contact you directly

*If your family plans to send a letter or drawing please register for this event to allow the CJE team to identify those most isolated and distribute the letters as equitably as possible.
