Mini Maccabees in the Kitchen: Cooking for Hanukkah
Join us for a delightful and festive event, "Mini Maccabees in the Kitchen: Cooking for Hanukkah," where children ages 2 to 10 can immerse themselves in the joyous traditions of Hanukkah through hands-on cooking activities led by Marina Bershadsky!
Kids will have a blast making their own sufganiyot (jelly donuts), a beloved Hanukkah treat. From mixing the dough to filling them with sweet jelly, this activity is sure to be a hit!
For our youngest participants, we have a special Hanukkah sensory play zone. Little ones can explore and engage with Hanukkah-themed sensory bins, ensuring fun for all ages.
While cooking, children will learn about the significance of Hanukkah and the story behind the festival of lights, making this event both educational and entertaining.
This event is designed for families to enjoy together, creating lasting memories and celebrating the spirit of Hanukkah.
